Lisa Sherry’s Guest Bedroom Inspires A Beach House Moodboard

Lisa Sherry's Guest Bedroom on Domino - via Savvy Home Blog

When I stumbled upon Lisa Sherry’s guest bedroom on Domino, I was instantly inspired to create a cozy beach house moodboard. I love the mix of blue and green, the mix of oil painting with black & white photography, the crisp hotel bedding… My version would have a slightly more modern edge and be adapted for beach life — think awning stripes, coral accents, surf photography and industrial lighting. I envision the Tilton Fenwick fabric repeated on a pair of chairs, an ottoman or pillows. It’s a great coastal theme that’s equally subtle, casual and elegant. Thoughts?

I know me too! I was just at the Montauk Brewery on Monday and they had a great surf photography artist on exhibition — you should check it out :)
